Summary: From the moment we arrived until the time we left, everything was excellent. The room and all the amenities were in great condition, and the cleanliness really stood out and was very much appreciated. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, which made for a great stay. The only minor downside wasn’t related to the hotel itself, but rather to the guests staying in the room across from ours, who were very noisy from about 10:30 p.m. until 1:00 a.m. By the third time I was woken up, I decided to call the front desk, and after the staff member kindly warned them, the noise stopped right away. Other than that small incident, I truly have nothing negative to say. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

Summary: It was midnight and we were so exhausted but couldn’t find a decent option at Niagara Falls Canada. Hotels.com found this for us and we so pleased by the nicely appointed kitchen, spacious suite and comfortable beds. Although our time there was short it was just what we needed.

Summary: Family of 5 had a fantastic two night stay! 5 min drive to Clifton Hill. Ample parking. Rooms very modern and comfortable! Breakfast was included and was decent. Service was very responsive. Kids enjoyed the pool, wasn't very big but area and pool were clean. Would highly recommend.

Summary: Our room was great. Very clean and perfect for our family of 4. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Like most hotels that we have stayed in, the pillows are extremely flat and uncomfortable so i would suggest bringing your own. We did ask the front desk for a couple more pillows and they brought them to our room right away. I would say our only complaint is that you get charged for parking in the lot at the hotel. Coming from the US, that is not something we have ever had to do while staying at a hotel. Parking is free for guests. Overall we had a good experience though!
